Performs all functions inaccordance with applicable regulations, the performance workstatement, and objectives of Vectrus/ Bridge Company as well asestablished policies, procedures, and controls.10%Carries dirty dishes from dining room tokitchen. May transfer food pans and trays to the Pots andPan/Dishwashing area. Completes any tasks the DFAC managementdirect 10%Wipes tabletops and chairs, usingdamp, sanitized cloth. 10%Replaces soiledtable linens and sets tables with silverware and, if applicable.5%Replenishes clean linens, silverware,glassware, and dishes in dining room.Assistsin serving line with restocking of food, such as soups, salads, anddesserts.Picks up debris in and around thedining facility (within 50 ft in all directions as applicable) andthrows the trash/ waste away in dumpsters or other designatedreceptacles.Cleans and polishes glass shelves,and doors of service bars and equipment, such as coffee urns andsoda machines.Makes coffee and fills fruitdispensers. Replenishes condiments, self-serve food items andconsumable supplies as needed to ensure that stockage is maintainedat an optimal level. Informs supervisor of any issues or outages ofconsumables immediately.May sweep and mopfloors when needed. Clean and sanitize serving lines and drinkingdispensers. Clean and stock cabinets, serving and condiment areas,beverage and ice dispensers.Performs allfunctions in accordance with applicable regulations, performing theduties in the Pots and Pans Wash workstation. Uses appropriateequipment and tools to perform the job IAW Safety and Sanitationregulations. Complies with company policy on the steps to performthe job correctly.Attends all meetings and /ortrainings sessions as required.Performs otherjob-related duties as assigned by shiftsupervisor.
