We, Nair Systems, are a QFC based, boutique leading edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency and Robotic Process Automation. Nair Systems is currently looking for Business Analyst-Cards / Senior Business Analysis - eChannels for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Skills • Experience in Card management System Prime/Online (TSYS) and Cards Switch/Base24 EPS.Experience in Debit, Credit and Pre-paid cards with issuer and acquirer functions. Experience in Visa, MasterCard, NAPS, AMEX, CUP, JCB, MIGS, CyberSourse payment systems with Authorization, Settlement, Card Scheme Mandates and reconciliation processes. Experience in Collections, Card Loyalty programs and card fraud monitoring systems. Experience in using MasterCard and Visa test simulators. Sound knowledge in end-to-end transaction flow and system configuration. • Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years experience in the e-Channels/Cards System support and implementations with at least 4 years in IT. Should have a minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst and above 8 years as Senior Business Analyst of experience in e-channels/Cards System support and implementation. Responsibilities Responsible for aligning requirements and delivery between business and ITD divisions. Track and document changes to business specifications. Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings. Preparation & Execution of TEST cases/Scenarios as per BRS/Specs. Production User Support. Supporting full software development life cycle including defect Management. Experience in different banking systems integrated with Core banking solutions. Must have good exposure related to Quality Assurance tasks. Good Exposure in Banking domain Systems with hands-on experience. Excellent accounting and reconciliation skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
