Our food delivery business works with over 27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches.Our q-commerce concept, talabat mart (121 Stores), now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!talabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world's leading local delivery platform operating in 70+ countries worldwideJob DescriptionRole Summary:Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share.What's On Your PlateService quality needs to be consistent for all the brands across the countryMaintain continuous business relationships with clients / restaurantsProvide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between clients / restaurants and the company. Optimize the restaurant content (MOA, Delivery Time)Maintain regular relationships with various stakeholders from the brandProvide quarterly reviews to partners to showcase the areas of growth and areas of potential improvementProvide and maintain high service levels to the brands to ensure a seamless experience to both, customer and partnersWork internally with the various departments to ensure all the requirements of the brand are metUpdate and maintain a track record of all activities related to the brand on SalesForceQualificationsWhat Did We OrderAn ideal candidate for this role would have:In-depth knowledge of the Food Industry Market and e-commerceKnowledge of professional proposal, pricing module and CRMAble to analyse data and sales statistics and curate a solutionProficient in ExcelExcellent verbal and communication skillsMinimum 4-5 years of full-time professional experience in a related field
