This includes Asset Management, Antivirus and Spamfiltering software, DesktopMaintenance.Configures and installs personalcomputer software packages, software upgrades, PC Support,Operating System upgrades andmaintenance.Identifies and corrects operationalproblems on employee computers systems.Updatetickets using Service Desk application based on the SLA andSOP
