Directs thedelivery of all aspects ofOffshore Facilities (i.e. Greenfield WHP andTopsides and decks)design and equipment technical and execution definition,selection,and design, including planning for detailed design,procurement,installation, and testing/commissioning. Ensurestechnical requirements (e.g. project specifications, datasheets,etc.) developed during FEED fully implemented as perprojectrequirements and effectively collaborates and interfaceswith PMT and EPCcontractor engineers and operations personnel (asrequired) to ensure that theOffshore Facilities scope of supply isfully integrated andoptimised.KeyAccountabilitiesProvideleadershipand expertise to team, while overseeing performance ofEPCIcontractors, vendors and subcontractors, to ensure alignment ofOffshoreFacilities needs, objectives, andrequirements.EnsureContractor'sTopsides and Sensor Tower Platform (STP) engineering anddesignscomply with the contract requirements including relevantcodes andstandards. Provide guidance to ensurecontractor compliancewith management of change procedures relating to changesincontractor's design or deviations from companydirectives.SupportsNFXPOffshore Topsides & STPs Package Manager in monitoringthecontractor's progress on delivery of the requireddocuments, reviewing relevantdata (narrative, charts, graphs, etc.)for monthly progress reporting anddeveloping recovery plans asrequired to ensure that project costs, scheduleand deliverables aremet.ManageOffshoreFacilities engineering design in accordance with theproject's changemanagement program and own the OffshoreFacilities engineering schedule andcritical milestones (LLIprocurement, engineered equipment procurement; ROSdates, etc.);develop and steward recovery plans to address any scheduledelaysand resolution of EPCI contractor's engineeringclaims, if any.Responsiblefor sharingprevious lessons learned and capturing lessons learned fromthecurrent project, ensuring these are shared within theorganisation forfuturereference.Coordinatepreparationfor the call for tenders in line with Senior ProjectManagementapproved contractual strategy, support the preparation,coordination andnegotiation of the Topsides & STPs EPCIcontracts in accordance with thecontract and procurement strategyapproved by Senior ProjectManagement.Examinescontractoractivities relating to Offshore Facilities ensuringplans,procedures, objectives and overall job requirements adhere toappropriateOffshore Facilities specifications, standards and designverificationprocesses.Championinitiativeswith the Contractor to deliver on the project objectives;safety,quality, cost andschedule.
