• Planning, costing and schedulingmetrics and tools (work breakdown structure), collectingperformance data (installed quantities, expended labour hours, andother progress measurements for direct hire and subcontractlabour), tracking data (daily cost compilation and monitoring),analyzing and reporting (earned value, productivity and riskanalysis).• Developing project master schedule,updating, monitoring and reviewing contractor constructionschedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs anddaily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivitymeasurement studies and associated correctivemeasures.• Implementing 'WorkOrder' procedures in conjunction with QA/QCstaff.• Identifying and tracking changes,actual and potential, to the project scope, ensuring estimates ofcost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with theclient and project management.• Participatingin contract administration.• Reviewing andapproving contractor's work programssubmissions.
