• Efficiently coordinatetheinspection, mobilization, and demobilization ofcontractorpersonnel, equipment, and materials between offshore andonshorefacilities, ensuring timely jobexecution. •Collaborate with Well InterventionDivision Engineers and Heads ofSection to develop effectiveactivity schedules, ensuring theavailability of required materialsand equipment. • Preparepurchase requisitionsand purchase orders, ensuring timelyprocessing ofbills. • Work closely with Division Managerstoupdate department and division budgets, providing monthlyexpensetracking and budget comparisons. • Support HeadsofOperation in planning and rescheduling manpower rotationoffshore,preparing OVRs and Boat manifestspromptly. KeyAccountabilities - II: • Liaise with contractors to plan andschedule equipmentmobilization to and from offshore, keepingmeticulous records ofcontracts and companymaterials. • Ensure QAQC of allequipment goingoffshore and onshore QG facilities, preparingcomprehensive listsof equipment going offshore. •Coordinate withwellsite supervisors for sample analysis at onshoreand offshorelaboratories. • Facilitate personnel movementtoand from Raslaffan port, booking logistic requirements asneeded.• Travel to onshore warehouses asrequired to meetoperationalneeds
