Responsible foroverseeing the EPC Contractor in delivery of all aspects of HVACdesign within the approved scope, budget, and schedule.Ensures technicalrequirements such as project specifications, data sheets,procedures, etc. developed during EPC fully comply with NFE onshoreprojectrequirements.Provide clearguidance to the EPC contractor and facilitate resolution oftechnical issues to meet project objectives andmilestones.Monitordiscipline EPC schedule andprogress.Superviseequipment procurement and testing to ensure compliance with projectand industrystandards.Oversee thecommissioning activities to ensure installed design is adequatelytested and ready forstart-up.KeyAccountabilitiesProvidesHVAC engineering knowledge, design, quality assurance andleadership to drive the execution of engineering deliverables inaccordance with project specifications and to the executionschedule.Leads thepreparation and stewardship of engineering, construction andcommissioning scope of work in EPC contract. Supports EPCcontractor counterparts, to provide clarity and direction tocomplete quality deliverables ontime.Communicates HVACperformance through monthly engineering surveillance reports withthe appropriate metrics andKPIs.Provides leadership todrive decisions for HVAC issues to progress the execution of theproject. Drives alignment and decision making between stakeholdergroups. Maintains closeliaison with members of Engineering Team and alignment with theEngineering Manager/ Civil & Structure Head on projectengineering needs, objectives, andrequirements.Manages EPCContractor's HVAC activities including usage of appropriatedesign tools, including computer hardware and software; adherencewith all project objectives, requirements, specifications,standards, procedures, execution plans and design verificationprocesses.Understandinterdisciplinary dependencies to be able to make judgements onoverall technical decisions having multi-discipline impacts.Applies risk management techniques to facilitate decision making.Communicates key technical issues and risks to management tofacilitate decisionmaking.Manages the reviewof detailed HVAC deliverables in support of fabrication,construction and commissioning activities, working closely witharea managers to deliver to projectmilestones.Clearunderstanding of change management process and leads team todocument and justify and manage risks associated with designchange.Develop, review, andamend various policies and procedures to ensure that all HVACengineering references are up to date andrelevant
