Major ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will contribute to the organization by providingexpertise on a broad and comprehensive range of departmentalactivities, including recruitment, compensation & Benefits,manpower planning and other related HR functional areas. Providesadvice to the department leadership regarding best practices,standardization of processes, benchmarking performance indicators,identifies innovative solutions and options to address complexdepartmental issues. Assists in identifying opportunities toenhance departmental operations, policies, and procedures.Responsible for the coordination of the data collection, reportdevelopment and supporting analysis. Support the department invarious functions including manpower planning processes,Compensation & Benefits, organizational developmentactivities, and support in implementing best practices as a part ofprocess enhancement. Support in the establishment and developmentof HR Policies Procedures, and continuous review process to ensurethe policies are updated as required. Support in developing,reviewing and maintaining job descriptions for the entireorganization, as per the processes. The incumbent will undertakeany such related duties or responsibilities as directed. Ensurehigh standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitiveinformation. QualificationBachelor's degree in businessadministration or human Resources or a relatedstream relevant tothe role.Experience & Knowledge Requirement Minimum of 4years' experience in human resources preferably withinhealth care sector Knowledge of advanced HR Practices and HR TrendsAbility to analyze data effectively in order to producerecommendations. High level of Computer literacy and Proficient inMS OfficeSkills Requirements Excellent organizational and projectmanagement skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.Accuracy & attention to details Excellent verbal andwritten communication and presentation skills Analytical and issueresolution skills Ability to work with and relate to internal andexternal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the abilityto work under pressure and to tight and competing deadlines.Experience in dealing with management and staff at all levelsincluding the ability to effectively initiate and maintainrelationships.
