Responsiblity:Assist withall internal and external HR-relatedmatters.Participate in developingorganizational guidelines andprocedures.Recommend strategies to motivateemployees.Assist with the recruitment processby identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuingemployment contracts.Investigate complaintsbrought forward by employees.Coordinateemployee development plans and performancemanagement.Perform orientations and updaterecords of new staff.Manage theorganization's employee database and preparereports.Produce and submit reports on generalHR activity.Assist with budget monitoring andpayroll.Keep up-to-date with the latest HRtrends and bestpractices.
