Job Purpose Summary::The incumbent willessentially assist the VP HR Business Partners in carrying out HRprograms and initiatives to ensure efficient and strong employeerelations.Essential Duties & Responsibilities byDimensions::A. Shareholder & Financial:- Implements KPI sand best practices for Associate HRBP- Promote cost consciousnessand efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoidwaste, and optimise benefits for the bank.- Act within the limitsof the powers delegated to the incumbent.-B. Customer (Internal& External):- Support VP HR Business Partners and the teamin performing several supporting duties to ensure effectivemanagement of employee relations.- Assist VP HR Business Partnersin prioritizing, executing and managing various tasks in order toensure excellent employee relations and employee satisfaction.-Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with all otherrelated units to achieve the Department s goals/ objectives.- Toassist customers in all their queries on Bank s product and seeksolution to their requests.- Maintain activities in accordance withService Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units toachieve improvements in turn-around time.- Build and maintainstrong/effective relationships with related departments/units toachieve the Group s objectives.- Provide timely/accurate data toexternal/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Riskwhen requiredC. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):-Support the HR staffing function by assisting in the coordinationof staffing and recruitment activities. This includes providingassistance in scheduling of interviews, coordinating psychologicaland aptitude testing, and coordinating work force planning processetc.- Assist in coordinating employee counseling and performancemanagement activities.- Carry out the preparations required foremployee or company initiated terminations.- Liaise with the HRBPsto provide them with the pertinent information relating to allaspects of employment including recruitment, terminations anddiversity.- Support in workforce planning and management byassisting in the review of monthly headcount, hires, terminationsand transfers.- Assist in HR program/ project implementation, whichmay include Audit reviews, ISO audit reviews, performance / salaryreviews, incentive plan distribution and payment, employee opinionsurveys, and all other HR initiatives.- Support other ad-hocresponsibilities as required.D. Learning & Knowledge:-Possess an awareness of local employment legislation and compliancerequirements- Possess working knowledge of HR practices andprinciples.- Proactively identify areas for professionaldevelopment of self and undertake development activities.- Seek outopportunities to remain current with all developments inprofessional fieldE. Legal, Regulatory, and Risk FrameworkResponsibilities:- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory andinternal compliance requirements including, but not limited to,Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF,Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy,Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider DealingPolicy).- Understand and effectively perform your role under theThree Lines of Defence principle to identify measure, monitor,manage and report risks
