Act as Super User/SME for thePermit Vision system toolScreen permitsprepared in common facilities area including the risk assessmentand mitigation plan, isolation and LOTO plan and ensure thatcontrols are in line with the PtW manual, local regulations andHSSE Control frameworkElevate the need to addPtW issuing resources should the number of permits per day exceedthe predefined limitsPrepare the PtW and LOTOpreparations work to be done by the night shift enabling every dayto start smoothly with well-prepared permits, isolations and gastestsAct as site focal point for thecompany's PtW and safe isolation work process and look foropportunities for continuousimprovementDeliver PtW and safeisolation-specific training and refreshers to asset operations andmaintenance personnel as well as contractor staff as and whenrequired
