This includes facilitating daily standups and sprintplanning sessions to keep the team aligned and moving forward​.• Bridge Between Product Management and Development: Actas a mediator to ensure clear communication of theproduct's strategic vision between the product managementteam and the developers, maintaining a mutual understanding andfocus on the right priorities. • Clear Obstacles andProtect the Team from Distractions: Identify and remove impedimentsthat hinder the team's progress and protect the team frominterruptions that could affect their focus and productivity.• Lead Through Influence and Credibility: Guide the teamnot through authority but by earning trust as a knowledgeable andreliable expert, fostering an environment of collaboration andcontinuous improvement. • Ensure Daily Scrums AreProductive: Facilitate daily scrums to ensure they are efficientand stick to the 15-minute timebox, focusing on what wasaccomplished, the day's goals, and any obstacles in theway​. • Coach and Empower Team Members: Provide coachingto team members to work more effectively within the Scrum frameworkand empower them to take ownership of their roles andresponsibilities​. • Teach the Principles of Scrum:Educate the team and the organization about Scrum theory,practices, rules, and values, fostering an understanding andappreciation for the Scrum framework and its benefits. •Facilitate Transparency, Inspection, and Adaptation: Support theteam in embracing the empirical process control by encouragingtransparency, enabling meaningful inspection of work and outcomes,and facilitating adaptation to improve and evolve processes andproducts​. • Vendor and Supplier Management: Throughoutthe procurement process, from the initial identification of needsto the final closing of procurements, Project Managers work closelywith vendors and suppliers. They are responsible for overseeing thesolicitation process, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, andmanaging vendor relationships to ensure the procurement aligns withproject goals and company standards. • Reporting: ProjectManagers are responsible for setting and reporting on Objectivesand Key Results (OKRs) to align project outcomes withorganizational goals. This involves defining clear objectives,measuring progress through key results, and communicating these tostakeholders to ensure the project stays on track towards itsstrategic objectives​. • Risk Management: Identifying,evaluating, and mitigating risks associated with procurement andproject execution is a critical responsibility. This includesforeseeing potential delays or issues with procured goods orservices and implementing strategies to manage these riskseffectively to keep the project on schedule and within budget.• Stakeholder Communication and Satisfaction: Maintainingregular and transparent communication with stakeholders is key tomanaging expectations and ensuring satisfaction with theproject's progress and outcomes. This involves reporting onOKRs, project status, procurement updates, and any risks or issuesthat arise, as well as being responsive to feedback and adaptingproject plans as necessary​
