Position Overview:Malomatia is committed to retaining local talents and providingopportunities for young graduates to shape their professionallives. This objective is achieved through strategic programs suchas the "Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET)"program. The program is designed to provide hands-on training andexposure to various IT / business capabilities within theorganization. The Graduate Engineering Trainee will undergo astructured training program aimed at developing your technicalskills, industry knowledge, and professional competencies.Workingunder the guidance of experienced IT / Business Leaders andmentors, you will be tasked with training and work for the durationof 12 months 6 MONTHS OF TRAINING PERIOD 6 MONTHS OF PROJECTDEPLOYMENT Tasks during 6 Months of Training Period As a graduateengineering trainee, you will be assigned tasks including, but notlimited to, the following: Learning and Development You will beassigned to participate in training sessions, workshops, and onlinecourses to acquire foundational knowledge and skills in areas suchas Security, Data / AI, Cloud, Product Management, Automation, andSoftware Development Project / Program Management You will beassigned to support the project / program management teams in theexecution and delivery of projects / programs in Security, Data /AI, Cloud, Product Management, Automation, and Software Developmentand contribute to project tasks under the supervision of seniorteam members. Solution Finding Through Innovative ApproachesMalomatia adopts innovative approach to resolve technological andbusiness challenges. You will be assigned to collaborate with teammembers to find solutions to business / technological challenges.Learn to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to addressreal-world challenges encountered during various phases of aproject delivery or development. Technology Discovery Malomatiauses and explores emerging technologies, tools, and methodologiesrelevant to the business objectives. You may be tasked with stayingupdated with industry trends and best practices through mentorship,job rotation, self-study, research, and participation in technicalforums or communities, and other emerging trends. Synergy andInteraction Work closely with technology experts, consultants,business owners, program directors, capability leaders, functionalexperts, solution architects, security analysts, andcross-functional teams, including lead developers, developmentmanagers, testers, architects, and project managers, to contributeeffectively to project deliverables. Communicate progress, updates,and challenges transparently to team members and supervisors toseek insights, making the learning journey an enlighteningexperience. Adherence to Processes As part of your on-the-jobtraining, it's important to adhere to establishedprocesses, governance, standards, and quality guidelines. By doingso, you ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment withmalomatia's organizational standards. Additionally, youwill be provided, depending on the project you are assigned to andif applicable, with guidance on effectively utilizing versioncontrol systems, issue tracking tools, and other development,management resources. Mastering these tools will not onlystreamline your workflow but also contribute to maintaininghigh-quality standards in our projects delivery and clientsatisfaction.
