Conduct tasks related withmaintenance and operations team.Develop andexecute preventative maintenanceprograms.Conduct instrumentation evaluationand troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as wellas programmable logic control (PLC)systems.Ensure to commission instrumentationeffective following with repair andreplacement.Conduct test related to functionalperformance on instrumentation as needed by facilitychanges.Involve in evaluation of instrumentperformance to identify optimization and enhancementopportunities.Ensure conformance withenvironmental and safety requirements commensurate with executingrequired instrument maintenance or replacementactivities.Maintain and update awareness ofmodifications to regulatory needs related to conduct of maintenanceand construction of instrument.Ensure tointerpret and suitably use ISA and CSA codes along with APIinstallation practices and standards.Complywith classification and prioritization system for completion ofwork order.Assist planning plus operationsstaff to identify skills and resource needed to complete planningand reactive work activities.Comply with everyapproved operation and maintenanceprocedures.Perform with maintenance plannersas schedule work load.Conduct on-going asepticmaintenance and clean room area.Comply withall instructions for job taskscompletion.
