Scope of Work : As Personal Assistant to General Manager, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness. Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities As Personal Assistant to General Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: - Providing any secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager. In order to carry out well their duties the Personal Assistant is required to know the key people of the resort as well as the organizations aims and objectives. A high level of discretion and confidentiality is essential for this position. - All administrative tasks allocated to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. - Fully understand and embrace Six Senses company vision and values and its application in all tasks associated with the host duty. - Adhere to all Six Senses brand standards ensuring successful communication across all levels of the operation. - To ensure a proper flow of communication in the property. - To do follow up and ensure proper coordination of project for Six Senses. - To pass on any important communication and give appropriate and relevant feedback on 'ongoing projects' to the General Manager. - To screen telephone calls, enquiries, requests and to handle them appropriately. - To welcome and greet and assist all visitors. - To handle all the mails and other correspondences on behalf of the General Manager. - To keep the agenda of the General Manager and the Resort Manager updated. - To arrange travel and room accommodation and to provide any other assistance to the General Manager prior to or during the business trip - To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management Qualification : To execute the position of Personal Assistant to General Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: - Minimum bachelors degree in Hospitality or Business school and more than one years experience in a similar role. - Technical skills include advanced MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. - Fluent in English. - Hold valid work permit to work in Saudi Arabia.
