Be part of a motivated and trusted team, dedicated to developing and sharing technical innovation to push boundaries and continually challenge and overcome convention and constraints, to transform our world for the better.The Opportunity Consisting of Engineers, Architects, Designers and our Digital Delivery team, the Industrial Buildings team is looking for a Senior Structural Designer to become immediately involved in a broad range of light and heavy industrial projects in markets including Food & Beverage, Mining & Metals, Power, Water, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Defense.You will have the opportunity to lead the development and delivery of structural work packages relating to the design of industrial structures in a range of market sectors while also becoming involved in the leadership of multidisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding project and technical delivery.  Based in our Melbourne or Sydney office, you will have the chance to work in a highly collaborative team that is focused on creating a culture of creativity and innovation, developing long-term client relationships and empowering the success of our people. What we'll like about youWe will be relying on your passion and proactive nature to deliver quality project outcomes within a busy, fun and collaborative national team. We have a team of highly experienced and well networked Engineering and Designers who are evolving our established business into a fully integrated international design offering.Preferably, you will have proven capability across a range of the following areas: ·Demonstrated capability to deliver projects from inception to completion working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.Experience in leading design delivery to internal and external customers and clientsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a must - Navisworks and Microstation beneficial but not essential.A sound understanding of structural engineering principles is a must.An understanding of BIM principles within the Design process is a must.Outstanding communication skills and the flexibility to work across a broad scope of technically complex projects.A positive tenacious attitude with an ability to make things happen and embody our company purpose to 'Make Everyday Better".Ready to Be involved.
