Proven work experience asOperations Manager or similar role. Excellent Knowledge aboutProducts like Indoor Lightings Outdoor Lightings LED LightsSwitches & Sockets and other Electrical items. Establishproduction KPIs and conduct quality assessments regularly. Monitordaily operations of corporates sales and retails showroom businessand address potential issues when they arise. Build processes thatmeet our business objectives and ensure compliance with standardsof company. Monitor financial data and recommend solutions thatwill improve profitability in both retail and corporate sales. Leadand manage the operations and supply chain team responsible forexisting configured products and for future orders. Leadcrossfunctional project teams to work on gross margin improvementprojects working closely with Engineering Product ManagementLogistics and sales team. Define inventory goals and work onprojects to improve inventory turns reduce stock outs and reducedeadweight to meet goals. Define the planning and purchasingpolicies and monitor regular activities of procurement team tooptimize purchasing & inventory. Manage the sales forecastfor configured products that drives our materials plan in aneffective way. Maintain our duty mitigation program and driveopportunities for additional savings with new productsimplementation. Assess and analyze departmental budgets to findways to minimize expenses and optimize profits in both projects andretail showrooms.
