Check at the start of hisshift that products needed for his service station are on handaccording to set par level and place the order of the products fromthe internal store Take part in the opening and closing duties ofthe bakery in compliance with the norms and internal procedures andcontribute in stocking and receiving goods when needed Receive foodorders and prepare requested items and their display as peroutlined recipes, HACCP standards, portion control practices, anditems' presentation guidelines Ensure sanitation of workstation at all times during the shift by cleaning the fridge,shelves and counter, sharpening knives and cleaning utensils uponend of shift Check the shelf life of products, tag theproduction/expiry date on each product and communicate the wastedproduct figures Follow security/fire/safety procedures according tothe set rules and regulations and report any incidents to hierarchyMaintain good product/food items knowledge to be able to answer anyinquiries and to provide observations whenneeded
