Analyze financial information andprepare balance sheets.Coordinate withmanagement and staff to prepare budgets.Ensurecompliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, andfederal and state regulations.Resolve accountpayable and receivable issues orqueries.Accurately perform dailyreconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, andtally and file invoices.Comply with GenerallyAccepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financialstatements.Assist in financial and tax audits,and general ledger preparation.Prepare incometax returns and corporate reportingrequirements.Develop monthly financialstatements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, andbalance sheets.Complete end of month closeprocedures.
