Job Responsibilities:• Build productivity tools for the internal teams in orderto manage an increasing number of clients and to scale the business• Design, develop, ship, and maintain web-based tools foradvertisers, retailers, and internal users • Understandproduct and customer priorities, and balance those againstoperational and technical needs • Guarantee top qualitycode; practice code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, andend-to-end tests in a continuous integration environment •Work with over 400 Million SKUs, and decide which products ads toserve • Work with UX and Product teams to design qualityproducts Job Requirements: •Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science(or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of programmingexperience, writing codes and unit tests in an object-orientedprogramming language • Strong understanding of datastructures, algorithms, optimization • Must be productminded and committed to building the best customer experience• Strong commitment to quality designs, automated testing,and documentation • Must be passionate about shippingquality high-performance code • Must have a strong senseof ownership and a dislike for passing the buck • Must bea problem solver, a fixer, and a creative technologist •Strong communicator and a team player who can work efficiently withothers • Experience in an eCommerce or digital advertisingtechnology business • Experience working with productowners to understand and implement businessrequirements
