You'llmake an impact by: Ensurescompliance with customer contract requirements. Ensurescompliance with corporate EHS standards. Ensurescompliance with corporate QA/QC standards. Identificationof claims and estimation of related expenditures. Supportand advise Lead Engineer during technical discussions. Activelydevelop and utilize all sources of information, know-how and experience for aproject specific and entrepreneurial use. Identifiesand evaluates continuously all opportunities for the project enhancement. Identifiesand evaluates all evident risks, suggests appropriate countermeasures, andreports the same to the project management. RepresentsSiemens' contractual and commercial interest's vs customers and communicateswith customers. Developadditional business opportunities within the actual project. Controlof work results provided by sub-suppliers and partners and escalation ofdeficiencies in quality and cooperation. Explanationof solutions and Siemens capabilities to customers. Clarifiesrequirements with customers and, if applicable, with authorities. Obtainslicenses and consents. Drivesown empowerment with adequate signature authorization and target agreement tomanage the project as entrepreneur. Standsfor overall responsibility on project results based on the strategic prioritiesand set goals (e.g. budget, quality, schedule, EHS). Managethe project through the entire project Life Cycle until final acceptance (FAC). Leadsand manages all assigned project staff including internal, team, GlobalEngineering Centers (GECs) colleagues, 3rd party / external stuff, andsub-contractor's team. Coachjunior team members. ManageStakeholders. Providesfeedback and lessons learned. Inaddition, the following shall be specific tasks: Preparesand participate in customer monthly meeting. Preparesand presents customer weekly site report. Preparesinternal weekly site reports. Supportsclaims and claim defenses vs customer and contractors and providessubstantiation for claims and claim defense. Executesspecific tasks as requested by Project Director. Yoursuccess is grounded in Education and Certifications: Professional Experience: 10 years professional experience in large EPCprojects. 8 years professional experience in engineering andexecution of contracts. 3 years professional experience in leading teams of> 15 individuals. Led successful execution of multiple strategicprojects mainly in Oil and Gas industry sector, preferred in Qatar, or MiddleEast. Implemented project management methodologies such asAgile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches to optimize project delivery timelinesand ensure quality outcomes. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to conductcomprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to addressvulnerabilities and safeguard critical assets. Established and maintained strong relationships withkey stakeholders to foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and drivealignment with organizational risk management priorities. Key Skills and knowledge: Project Management: Proficient in all phases of project lifecyclemanagement, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, andclosure. Skilled in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables whileestablishing clear timelines and resource allocations. Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategicinitiatives that address critical cybersecurity challenges and supportoverarching business goals. Experienced in guiding teams through complexprojects while mitigating risks and optimizing resource utilization. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with aproven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, includingtechnical teams, C-suite executives, regulatory authorities, and externalpartners. Problem Solving: Analytical thinker with a knack for identifying root causes ofissues and devising innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. Skilled innavigating ambiguity and adapting to changing environments to achieve projectobjectives. You'll benefit from 2 to3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.
