What you'll achieve As a Senior Consultant, youacquire intimate knowledge of the customers' business,its strategic goals and the specific requirements of our largestenterprise and global projects. You will be demonstrating thetechnical abilities of the engagements and will drive a solutionthat assists the customer in achieving their business goals andoutcomes. You are a solution level subject matter expert with broadknowledge across the Dell, Multi cloud providers (i.e. VMWare,Redhat), workload migrations tools franchises plus other 3rd partyintegrated products. In addition to customer facingresponsibilities, Dell consulting team also provide key input toservice offering evaluation, pre-sales and drive best practices inthe form of white paper creation. You will: You will take ownershipof business outcomes and consulting engagements andcross-functional technical project teams. Strategically work withregional Delivery teams, pre-sales & support to build out adelivery roadmap. Lead and support customers' data centermigrations or disaster recovery initiatives throughout the deliverylifecycle. Define and present a transformational journey to seniorproject stakeholders. Work with project manager on project budget,resource planning and all aspects of efficient delivery. Ensurethat the solution being delivered is fit for purpose, referencingthe project's initial business goals through strong projectgovernance. Assist in the development of our service offerings aswell as developing related content, best practices, and whitepapers. Confidently gather use case requirements and createhigh-level enterprise designs while functioning as a resource for"Best Practices" and driving adoption of Dell andrelated third-party solutions that help to resolvecustomers' existing pain points. Maintain deep technicaland business knowledge of key core skills, considering industrydirections and trends. Assist Solution Architects in creatingStatements of Work as SME as needed. Maintain current, high-leveltechnical knowledge of the entire consulting portfolio and futureproduct direction, as well as expert-level knowledge in 2 of thekey disciplines (e.g., MultiCloud, Business Continuity &Disaster Recovery, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Generative AI,or Modern workforce). Present and facilitate project portfoliostatus and ensure solid command and control on every engagement.Ensure that the project is exceptionally well documented and meetsall defined goals. Engage in scoping and requirements gathering fornew and existing projects as necessary. Support and assist DeliveryManager with reporting, contractual obligation management, servicelevel management, and ITIL-based service management. Here's what we arelooking for with this role: Essential Requirements 15+ years ofexperience in customer-facing positions as a consultant, preferablywithin a system integrator, consulting organization or IT provider.Adaptable and progressive learner with the ability to explaincomplex technical concepts to a variety of audiences. Ability towork independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.An active listener with excellent and confident communications andinterpersonal skills with an ability to read complex customersituations and adapt as needed. Fluency in English & Arabicis mandatory. Desirable Requirements Migration skills: Workloadmigrations, NSX-V to NSX-T, migrating from non-VMware platforms toVMware Platforms, Migration from Public cloud platform to On-Premcloud environment (Target Platforms: VMWare, RedhatOpenstack/Openshift). Experience in delivering engagements underPRINCE2, PMP or TOGAF frameworks. Very good experience in majordatacenter migrations or business continuity programs. Goodexperience with On-Prem cloud providers and the related cloud stack(i.e. VMWare Aria, Azure Stack, Redhat Openstack/Openshift).
