Prioritizinginnovation and sustainability it boasts stateoftheart researchcenters and a staunch commitment to environmental responsibility.As a testament to its excellence and influence the firm activelyfosters strategic global partnerships continuously settingbenchmarks in quality and industry standards.Job SummaryProvides process engineering guidance and technicalexpertise to operating departments aiming to achieve a safe &sustained plant performance KeyResponsibilities: Provides technical input in EHSS activities e.g. MOCsPHAs HazOps PSERs (PreStartup EHSS Reviews) and verifies EHSSprocessrelated calculations. Supportsoperating departments in achieving Sustainability KPIs.Performs requested studies to assess operating plantsconditions to improve safe performance and achieve productioncapacity/targets through the PESR system.Analyzes new technical developments in processengineering to propose improvements in the existing facilities aswell as acts as the focal point for handling processrelatedtechnical service requests (TSRs).Periodically monitors critical operating parameters toassess equipment performance with respect to optimum operation anddevelops plant load optimization proposals whenapplicable. Assists operating departments inprocess project activities i.e. preparation of processrelateddesign packages (CDPs) CBP reviews and related plant processmodifications. Supports Operating plants inprocess feasibility studies BEDD PDP FEED detailed engineeringexecution run test commissioning and startup of site projects toensure proper compliance involvement when selected in Mega projectsto provide necessary technical support.Participates in operating plants startups & shutdownsas well as supports in investigations of unscheduled plantinterruptions. Participates in processrelatedReliability Methodologies of operating plants.Conducts studies of process chronic problems and providesshort/longterm solution proposals.
