The successful candidate needsto be well-organized, energetic, and service-oriented with thefollowing qualifications:Undergraduate degree inBusiness/Commerce or equivalent workexperience.Minimum 5 years of HR experience ina project environment.Experience in MajorProjects within the oil and gas industry.Fieldenvironment HR experience is a plus.Knowledgeof employment standards and relatedlegislation.Familiarity with SAP/Workday orsimilar HRIS is beneficial.Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel,PowerPoint).
