Oversee, identify plan deviationsand recommend resolution for projectmanager.Monitor performance and determineimprovement areas by developing key performance indicators forcritical department metrics.Complete ad hocassignments to support capital transmission projectdelivery.Create and execute internal controlsand offer Internal Auditor services to assurecontrols.Maintain current and forecasted CashFlow data when compared to projected CashFlow.Manage project accounting databases toensure timely security and control.Offerdirect financial communication with project team, internalfinancing department, subcontractors and Joint Ventureowners.Ensure financial information accuracybetween program-level and subprojectreporting.Support Project Management OfficeSupervisor in project financial management and divisionalreporting.Administer and coordinate routinecontract work using prescribed and standardizedmethods.Coordinate with Fleet administrativestaff to correct income entry and equipment costerrors.Conduct cost variance analysis andschedule against baseline values through PMI Earned ValueMeasurement technique.Enforce actual projectdata collection and weekly accurateestimates.Recommend and execute correctiveactions to handle project compliance.Plan forhigh risk project strategic initiatives and ensure correct durationestimated tasks.
