Communicate with customers andbusiness leaders in requirements gathering and solution definitionfor assigned Oracle projects.Assist in allphase of project lifecycle to ensure quality and timelydeliverables.Identify potential risks anddevelop mitigation strategies.Analyze andtroubleshoot functional issues in a timelymanner.Develop workflow processes and generateroutine and ad-hoc project reports.Communicateproject status to customers on regularbasis.Provide support in developing andmaintaining database applications.Assist inapplication design and code reviews and recommendimprovements.Maintain data interfaces forOracle applications.Evaluate databaseperformance and provide architecture changes to improve quality andefficiency.Provide technical and functionalsupport to project teams.Develop new businessprocesses or enhance existing processes to improve businessefficiency.Organize trainings for businessunits as needed.
