Prompt, and courteousgreeting of customers Take orders and deliver food to customers onthe table in an accurate and timely manner Ensure all guestsreceive positive and professional service to the highest standardsto exceed the customer's expectations Follow the sequenceof service standards as per brand guidelines Have complete andthorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able todescribe and make suggestive selling to customers Ensure foodquality and consistency are delivered at all times Manage the setupand close down of tables within the section Maintain cleanlinessand hygiene standards Ensure the cleanliness and refilling ofcondiment sets and napkin containers Coordinating with the cashierto handle accurately order invoices and tips Keeps all workstationsand equipment as clean as possible at all times Attend all regulardepartmental briefings and contribute to open communication withinthe assigned team Performs other duties pertinent to this job asassigned
