NEW VACANCY SUPPORT MAINTENANCE MANAGERLeading HospitalTAX FREE Saudi ArabiaEU Nationals very welcomeOur client is a market leading group of companies with an excellent reputation.They are currently expanding their Hospital based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and are looking for an experienced Support Maintenance Manager. OVERVIEW OF THE ROLEPlan, oversee implementation and control the hospitalâ€s maintenance activities to ensure that preventative and periodical maintenance schedules are carried on time and to set standards so as to maximise production potential, minimize disruptions to work schedules and preserve the hospitalâ€s reputation.The role holder leads the maintenance team and is essential in ensuring continuous excellent services to patients and visitors. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS-Minimum 8 years experience in Maintenance field-Minimum of 3 years experience in a Management Level role-At least 2 years experience in Hospitals Maintenance -Excellent English communication-Computer LiteracyKEY SKILLS-Presentation and Communication Skills-Financial Management-Strong Commercial and Contract Awareness-Ability to comply with the companyâ€s production, quality and safety standards-Work fluctuating schedules and extensive work hours-Cooperation with all departments to gain quality support and institute quality improved programmes within and across these boundaries-Stay informed with/in quality trends in the industry -Conducts quality code and manufacturing standards audits in a positive manner-Capable of performing a variety of manual assignments/tasks as defined by the critical demands of the job.COMPENSATION/ BENEFITS:-Should be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance-As a guide between 20 â€" 30k SAR per month/ $65 - 100k USD per annum base salary-In addition, excellent benefits package:oHousing Allowance or accommodation oTransportation Allowance or company caroMobile Allowance or company telephoneoAnnual VacationoBonus up to 3 Basic salaryoEducation allowanceoRound Trip Tickets for Non SaudisoMedical insuranceFIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENTLeaders in Executive Level Recruitment Worldwide
