Assists Senior HSE Officer to performexecution of Safety Practices and procedures which includesimplementation of Project HSE plan, accomplishing task analysis,evaluation of hazardous and risk conditions, recommendation ofcontrol measures, and investigation of accidents/incident,implementation of training programs and safeguard execution of workto ensure a safe working environment.JobAccountabilities• Monitors the execution of HSEactivities on a project to ensure HSE requirements are met as perthe project HSE plan and HSEMS requirement, continually monitorsite activitiy in regard HSE.• Assists indeveloping and implementing field location emergency responseprocedures and evacuation plans to ensure safe evacuationprocedures.• Provides trainings to workers onHSE related subjects in incident prevention, first aid as well asother activities and safety awareness programs to increaseawareness of HSE practices and procedures.Roles& Responsibilities• Knowledge and soundpractice of first AID, Emergency preparedness, riskevaluation• Knowledge in preparing andreviewing of Documents related to HSE•Knowledge of HSE Policies, procedures andregulations• Experience in problem solving,interpretation, reasoning and judgement skills with an ability toidentify and solve complex problems•Demonstrate sound work ethics.
