Purpose:<br />

The Primary purpose of this role is to manage the client OR/CSU team and plan, coordinate, and provide OR and CSU leadership to production projects to achieve targets in a safe and efficient manner; to ensure projects deliver on original promises for production, ramp-up, availability, and are fully ready for the introduction of hydrocarbon and start up. This position requires the OR/CSU Coordinator to be present at the work sites frequently to oversee the projects. The OR/CSU Coordinator plays a critical role in helping to deliver the projects using client standards, processes and procedure and international best practice.</p>

<b>Accountabilities:</b></p>

	<li>Provide technical expertise and manage the delivery requirements for Commission and Startup projects at the various locations in accordance with industry best practice. Ensure Support and advise punch listing of systems and closeout of punch list items.</li>

<b>Skills / Qualifications Experience & Qualifications</b></p>

	<li>Technical Certifications, 18 years&#39; experience in a gas and oil industry, minimum 5 years in a similar position.</li>
	<li>CSU experience on a variety of small and large projects, Brownfield and Greenfield is essential.</li>
	<li>Good technical communication skills.</li>
	<li>Ability to interact with members of projects, contractor and BGC asset teams.</li>
	<li>Capable of giving direction and guidance on OR/CSU planning & reporting.</li>

<p >A TRS Technician is responsible for safely and professionally operating casing running equipment at various rig/field sites, and providing maintenance and repair to company's equipment to keep it in working condition and in compliance with manufacturer's and company's quality standards.</p>

<p ><strong >Essential functions</strong></p>

<ul >
	<li >Understand the basics and functionality of Tubular Running Service (TRS) Manual Handling Equipment, Power Equipment, Bucking Units and Thread Monitoring Systems as it applies to the assigned business segment.</li>
	<li >Handle and operate casing running equipment, including: casing running tools, power tongs, elevators, power slips, control panels, and hydraulic power units.</li>
	<li >Work with hand tools and operate hydraulically activated equipment</li>
	<li >Rig up, run, and rig down various components on a drilling rig.</li>
	<li >Communicate clearly and professionally with all rig, customer, and Parker Wellbore personnel.</li>
	<li >Maintain a safe working environment by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), checking the tools and equipment, keeping the work area neat, organized and free of hazards, and following Parker Wellbore Life Saving Rules, as well as location-specific and customer QHSSE Policies and Procedures.</li>
	<li >Accountable for safe operation of all Parker Wellbore equipment.</li>
	<li >Ensuring the highest standard of workmanship produced is in accordance with the company expectations and as per customer, regulatory standards and specification.</li>
	<li >Reporting hazards on location, with equipment and other work place, or short comings in the existing controls, to a superior without delay.</li>
	<li >Make recommendations for the safe execution of the job and report any unsafe acts, near misses, or incidents.</li>
	<li >Attend all customer and Parker Wellbore QHSSE meetings, safety training, equipment training, and medical checks as required</li>
	<li >Obtain required authorization and/or training before undertaking any task</li>
	<li >Support continual improvement of the integrated management system by expressing better and safer ways to perform tasks and improve policies and procedures.</li>
	<li >When on stand-by, stay in contact with the Operations Supervisor and coordinate further actions</li>
	<li >Other tasks requested by the TRS Lead or Field Service Supervisor.</li>
