About the department Region APAC was established in 2020 and it is one of the 7 Regions of International Operations. Our region covers 3000+ employees and 20 countries, including 7 elevated affiliates (Australia, India, Iran, Indonesia, Korea, Pakistan, Thailand) and 1 business area covering South-East Asian markets (BASEA). You will be part of the APAC Commercial Affairs and Strategy department, a diverse and energetic team of 20 commercial colleagues. We are looking for a Health Economics professional who shares our purpose and is passionate about applying and sharing her/his expertise in payer evidence, to unlock access to our medicine for patients in APAC. The position This position will report to the Senior Director of Market Access and Public Affairs APAC, with a dotted line report to the Access Directors. Your role will focus on:

Assist market access preparedness for pipeline products.
Leveraging Health Economics and Outcomes Research to demonstrate and communicate the value of the Novo Nordisk in-line brands.
Generating evidence through among others systematic literature review, economic evaluation, and database studies.
Monitoring the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies across the designated affiliates.
Raising Payer evidence awareness and capabilities within the regional organization.

Qualifications

M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree within health economics, public health, epidemiology, pharmacy or similar.
At least 5 years of experience in Pharmacoeconomics from an affiliate, regional or headquarter role or from a consultancy.
Experience in the development and execution of HEOR studies, payer evidence strategies, and reimbursement submissions to payers and HTA bodies.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills are required.
Business acumen with the ability to anchor market access activities towards patient access and business goals. Fluent in written and spoken English.
