Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and energetic person in Dubai, to fill up the position of Kazakh speaking Partner support manager / Key Account Manager. Role Description

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with partners and understanding their needs
Active collaboration with other teams finding best solutions for existing and potential partners
Actively involve in partner development discussions
Active involvement in partner promotions
Initiate partner motivation campaigns and promotions for business further development.
Help to structure necessary partner requests, subsidies and other partner activities in confluence, tracks and evaluate its efficiency

Requirements:

Fluent or Kazakh language
Fluent English or Russian, written and spoken.
Must have experience in Foreign Trade, Payments or E-Commerce industry
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree.
Working experience providing clients or partner support for at least 2 years.
Basic understanding of marketing.
Advanced / Good MS Office skills.
Fast thinking and ability to adapt to different situations.
Structured approach.
Strong goal orientation.
An excellent communicator and team player.
Client centric approach.
