We are seeking an Accounting Staff Specialist to join the Trade Finance & Collection Division of the Treasury Services Department at Saudi Aramco.<br />

Trade Finance and Collection Division (TF&CD) mission is to make every effort to effectively collect all outstanding ex-employee/non-employee obligations, administer Saudi Aramco customers&#39; lines of credit and ensure timely release of financial hold based on acceptable provided collaterals. In order to achieve its mission, TF&CD has two important groups namely Collections Unit and Export Sales Credit Administration (ESCA).<br />

Collection Unit is responsible for collecting the company&#39;s overdue invoices of ex-employees and non-employees related to home loans and other receivables including training cost, medical expenses, SRTP unpaid loans and salary adjustment. ESCA Group main goal is to protect Saudi Armco&#39;s revenues related to export of crude oil, LPG and refined product; by ensuring that all export sales are protected and financially covered for each particular customer either by line of credit, letter of credit or cash advance prior to process the financial release. <b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or a related field from a recognized and approved program. An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred and professional certifications, such as a CFA, CPA, or CFP, is a plus.<br />

You will have at least twelve years Treasury experience which includes cash forecasting and cash management activities.<br />

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />

Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related specialty from a leading university<br />
Master&#39;s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Petroleum Economics, Geology or closely related specialty. MBA, Masters of Energy Economics or PhD desirable.<br />
Knowledge of the energy industry, in particular the oil & gas upstream sector gained from a minimum of 15 years&#39; experience. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the technical/fundamental drivers in upstream oil and gas. Five or more years of relevant modeling and forecasting experience with a large oil consultancy and at least 10 years of industry experience. Experience with one of the leading industry consulting and forecasting firms (e.g. OPEC, the IEA, the EIA, Wood Mackenzie, S&P Platts, FACTS, etc.) is a plus.<br />
Experience with spreadsheets, statistical tools, modeling and forecasting.<br />

Taleed (Previously Known As Lab 7) is one of Aramco&#39;s program, within the National Champion, is devoted to create, sustain, and grow Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Kingdom, aiming to create thousands of jobs and maximize GDP contribution. The program is a catalyst for change in collaboration with the Kingdom&#39;s major government and private stakeholders. Taleed is part of the National Champions entity with sister organizations extending support in terms of idea generation, product development, and access to VC funds.<br />

We are seeking a candidate that will be part of the Origination and Execution tracks that is responsible for the end-to-end process, including sourcing new SMEs/ideas, conducting a comprehensive due diligence on business opportunities, developing proposals/business plans, supporting localization of new strategic SMEs, executing the investment opportunities and engaging with SMEs, partners and investors as well as negotiating with them. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills.<br />

<b>Duties & Responsibilities</b></p>

<ul>
	<li>Identify and qualify new SME investment opportunities including research of potential ideas, assess their impact and determine their fit with market requirements.</li>
	<li>Conduct market research and analysis including data gathering, existing market saturation & competition and industry trends. This information can be used to identify new SMEs investment opportunities and develop strategies to reach the targeted markets.</li>
	<li>Build relationships with SMEs and partners; this involves developing trust and link with potential SMEs/partners.</li>
	<li>Execute the approved SMEs investment opportunities and work with partners/investors to develop investment execution plans and supporting executing it.</li>
	<li>Lead all aspects of project planning, team design, and progress tracking while serving as a thought leader and advisor to SMEs and investors</li>
	<li>Engage with public and private stakeholders to enable investment execution</li>
	<li>Close opportunities and track results: This involves ensuring that opportunities are meeting the support plan.</li>
	<li>Develop proposals and presentations</li>

<b>Minimum Requirements</b></p>

	<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or another related field. A Master&#39;s degree in Business Administration from an accredited college or university is highly preferred, but not required.</li>
	<li>Minimum of 10 years of work experience in all of or part of the following; business development, investments support, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and consulting</li>
	<li>Strong experience in assessing the market landscape (structure, size and profitability, drivers of performance, trends, outlook)</li>
	<li>Experience in financial modeling, and the viability of the target&#39;s revenue and profit forecast</li>
	<li>Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to understand how business model decisions impact performance</li>
	<li>Comfort with ambiguity and fluid client situations and ability to work in a fast-paced deal environment; travel varies with client assignments</li>
	<li>Team oriented work ethic and collaborative attitude.</li>
	<li>Strong presentation skills and excellent command of the English language and preferably the Arabic language.</li>

We are seeking an Interest Rate and FX Hedging Specialist to join the Credit and Market Division of the Financial Risk Management Department at Saudi Aramco.<br />
<br />
The Interest Rate and FX Hedging Specialist is responsible for analysis, monitoring, and hedging of these market risks within the group. Additionally, experience with commodity risk hedging will be preferred.<br />

The successful candidate will assess market risk exposures, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on positions and risks of the respective portfolios, and report the findings to risk management and to key areas of the Company.<br />

The specialist will interface with various internal departments, including compliance, finance, operations, and the trading desk, and also with other subsidiaries and joint ventures of the group.<br />

<b>Minimum requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred.<br />

Strong preference for a professional certification such as CFA, FRM, or PRM.<br />

You will have at least ten years&#39; experience in experience financial markets risk management in a corporate or bank environment.<br />

We are seeking a Financial Specialist to join the Financial Institution Management Division (FIMD) of Treasury Financial Advisory Department.<br />
The Financial Specialist leads and advises on treasury matters related to Saudi Aramco bank relationships (investment banking), banking research, and financial advisory mandates. The successful candidate is expected to provide significant support to Saudi Aramco Treasury focusing on relationship management with banks and separately, associated research requests from Saudi Aramco management.<br />
The role is suitable for professionals with investment banking experience as this area of Treasury awards financial advisory mandates to banks, requiring in depth knowledge of the investment banking field in order to assess, select and negotiate with prominent bankers.<br />
