Project Cost Control manager – Contractor Our client is a large Saudi main contractor with a strong western influence. They are seeking a project cost control manager on a multibillion dollar hospital project in Riyadh. This position forms a core part of the management structure on the project. Duties: Taking overall responsibility and to lead effectively the cost control function on the project. Implementing policies, guidelines to establish appropriate cost control practices for the company. Preparation and maintenance of accurate schedules, compliant estimates, budgets for the project, maintain project cost and work, fund management & reporting. Setting up cost control procedures and cost breakdowns for follow up and control. Monitoring progress for the purpose of payment certificates preparation, record running costs, compare to budget Project cost control and accounting. Forecasts and report to management on a regular basis. You will have in excess of 15 yrs. experience in Quantity Surveying. As this is an important role for our client the basic tax free salary is negotiable. Family status is available and high standard western compound accommodation is provided along with private education for children, medical, flights and transport.
