Job Description
Description JASARA PMC is looking for a talented and experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join our team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering exceptional Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. As a Lead Structural Engineer, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex and high-profile projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of structural engineers, overseeing the structural design process, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Oversee the structural design process, including concept development, detailed design, and construction documentation. Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of structural design with other disciplines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Provide technical guidance on complex structural engineering issues and propose innovative solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and standards, and ensure compliance in design procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification. Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and project management. Expertise in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, etc.). Strong understanding of international building codes and standards. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of structural engineers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and clients. Attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.* Experience in the design of diverse structures, including commercial, residential, and industrial projects.Job Requirements
