Description & Requirements Saudi/GCC Nationals Only - Due to Regulatory Nationalization Requirements Mission ECG members are key stakeholders in the management of client relationships, acting as the main point of entry for all credit-related, day-to-day commercial, and KYC tasks. Reporting to the Senior Banker (SBO) or Relationship Manager (RM), ECG members are embedded in the commercial teams and form part of the Corporate Coverage team. Direct Responsibilities and Expected Contributions Credit Expert:

  • Ongoing credit risk monitoring for allocated portfolios through annual reviews, covenant monitoring, WL/DD, and early warning signals.
  • Preparation of credit proposals for new requests and EARs, with the support of ECA as required.
  • Contributes to the legal documentation drafting, negotiation, and requisite approvals as required.
  • Responsible for deal implementation and follow-up throughout its lifecycle.
  • Teach and train Interns and ECG analysts, as required.
Commercial Partner:
  • Supports the banker in origination, sales development, and profitability of the client relationship.
  • Assists the banker in the analysis of business opportunities, deal structuring, and screening.
  • Contributes to client events, calls & meetings, and sales/deal-related client interactions.
  • Coordinates pitch document preparation with relevant business lines.
  • Coordination of the network of contributors and facilitation of the Green Light process.
  • Prepares Client Action Plans, meeting notes, briefing notes, and maintains databases and client data monitoring.
Compliance/KYC:
  • Prepares call memos, analyzes screening hits, and completes RMs assessment.
  • Responsible for completing KYC documents in coordination with the Business Group Coordinator or Due Diligence Team.
  • Handles the investigation, negotiation, and coordination of compliance-related topics for clients.
  • Prepares CSR screening and coordinates with the Group CSR team.
Experience and Requirements Experience:
  • 510 years of experience, preferably in credit or financial analysis.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a top-tier investment bank or similar business area.
Technical Qualifications:
  • Degree from a leading university with an excellent academic record.
  • IT literacy in Microsoft Office and strong experience using investment banking databases (e.g., Factset, Dealogic, Bloomberg).

  • Carries out complex analyses with high autonomy.

Language:
  • Fluent in English; another European language would be beneficial.
