Roles & Responsibilities:

Develops, implements, and maintains advanced security architectures and solutions.
Defines the organization's IAM vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
Establishes short-term and long-term plans to enhance the organization's security posture.
Configures and manages security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint protection, and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions.
Understands IAM concepts, such as access control, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management, and familiarity with tools like Active Directory, LDAP, or IAM platforms.
Knows security principles and best practices, particularly in IAM and access control.
Defines roles, responsibilities, and career development plans for team members.
Conducts regular performance reviews and provides constructive feedback.
Supports the provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management of user accounts, ensuring that employees have the appropriate access levels based on their roles.
Helps implement and maintain authentication and authorization solutions (such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), etc.).
Assists in managing and maintaining IAM tools, such as SailPoint and cyberArch.
Supports the IAM team in upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting IAM systems as necessary.
Ensures adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards for identity and access management.
Supports audits and compliance reporting by providing relevant IAM data.
Collaborates with other IT and security teams to resolve IAM-related incidents.
Assists in creating and maintaining documentation for IAM procedures, policies, and standards.
Communicates technical information to non-technical users and collaborates with different teams successfully.

Academic Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Professional Certificate:

Professional certification such as CompTIA Security+ or introductory IAM certifications.

Years of Experience:

A minimum of 7 years in relevant experience.

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in determining the security control requirements of information systems and networks.
Advanced proficiency in designing the integration of technology processes and solutions, including legacy systems and modern programming languages.
Advanced proficiency in applying cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements.
Advanced proficiency in determining the normal operational state for security systems and how that state is affected by change.
Advanced proficiency in designing the integration of hardware and software solutions.
Advanced proficiency in applying and incorporating information technologies into proposed solutions.
Advanced implementation experience of security solutions in different domains.
Advanced proficiency in designing workshops and delivering consultancy services to customers.
Advanced understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.
Advanced proficiency in the security technology domain with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas - AAA, Firewall, IPS/IDS, Access Control, Encryption, VPN, Web security, Mail security, IAM, EDR, DLP, WAF, SIEM, PAM, IAM, SOAR.
Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting and implementing security solutions across enterprise and service provider environments.
Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network and/or application or system integration issues.
