A Posted by Arron York Recruiter Investor Relations Manager (Investment Holding Group) We are delighted to be working with a listed investments group in the UAE who are recruiting for an Investor Relations Manager to join their team. They are a publicly listed diversified holding group and operate several listed subsidiaries. Debt Capital Markets experience is particularly important for this role. Responsibilities:
- Involved in building an IR strategy for the group and engaging with analysts and other external stakeholders.
- Engaging with existing and future shareholders to understand investor perceptions and involvement in communication of earnings reports and annual releases.
- Regular engagement with strategy and communication peers, arranging investor days and events.
- 10 years of total experience; must come from an IR role currently with a publicly listed entity.
- An understanding of financial models and reports (a background in banking would be a plus).
- Must have an understanding of DCM (and ECM).
