We have a significant global research, development, manufacturing and commercial footprint of approximately 13,000 employees and a presence in approximately 100 countries, extending our reach to billions of potential customers across the globe.Responsibilities:Act as the day-to-day manager and central point of contact for the team and management.Ensure the strategy is fully implemented and results well monitored through managing internal and external stakeholders.Establish a network of KOL and manage key accounts in responsibility.Lead a sales team to achieve sales and market penetration objectives ensuring full compliance with all relevant compliance laws, policies, and processes.Support the Commercial Director to develop the business plan and sales strategy to ensure achievement of company sales and profitability.Develop and implement action plans to penetrate new markets and identify opportunities to maximize business growth.Provide support in developing the customer roadmap to facilitate the achievement of medium- and long-term business growth objectives.Ensure marketing plans and strategies are implemented effectively to achieve sales forecasts for the assigned territory.Develop key customer relationships to execute operational business plans.Develop and maintain strong work relationships with key opinion leaders and contacts with distributors to ensure achievement of deliverables.Develop and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships and partnerships to ensure best market execution.Lead, motivate, and coach sales team members to maximize their performance.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific/medical field.Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar position in the Multinational Pharmaceutical Industry in the UAE.Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate orally efficiently and productively and in writing.Outstanding analytical skills - science-based and marketing oriented.Broad scientific, pharmacoeconomic, and medical knowledge, with continuous expansion and learning ability.Ability to work and champion ideas, whilst applying entrepreneurial thinking and spirit.Strong customer orientation with the ability to continuously expand market knowledge.Travelling 25% of the Time to Manage teams and customers at different regions in UAE.Spend 75% of the time in the field joining the team in coaching visits and KOL management.Skills:Interpersonal skills.Teamwork.Analytical skills.Coaching and mentoring skills.Microsoft (Word - Excel - PowerPoint).The masculine is used in this publication without prejudice for the sake of conciseness.Bausch & Lomb is committed to equal employment opportunity and complies with equal employment opportunity laws in effect wherever it operates.We are an equal opportunity employer.
