Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Development Services team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale high-rise building and hotel projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple high-rise building and hotel projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure project compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
Manage project teams, including internal staff and external consultants.
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
Oversee contract administration and change management processes.
Implement quality control measures throughout project lifecycle.
Manage client relationships and expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-rise buildings and hotel projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
