As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for daily HR and Payroll operations, delivering high-quality service according to Marco’s requirements. Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR and Payroll operations for the company's clients, including overseas visa applications, onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll, benefits & insurance, employee data and document records, expense policies and procedures, country specific time off policies, privacy/data protection.
- Accurately and promptly record and track cases to achieve relevant service performance metrics.
- Liaise with local vendors for HR, payroll, finance and legal support.
- Work with the company's Global Payroll Director, documenting and growing a knowledge database for HR and Payroll operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-2 years of HR & Payroll experience.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Strong MSOffice skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Customer-oriented mindset and excellent execution capabilities.
- Strong multitasking abilities and self-learning capability.
- Open to candidates from the Philippines and Ireland (relocation to Dubai required).
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- HR and Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
