Product Manager - Music & Talent Department at MDLBEASTKey Responsibilities: Marketing: Liaise with Label Manager to formulate budgets and release schedules. Create strategic marketing plans for regional and international releases. Initiate, plan, and run marketing campaigns for MDLBEAST Recordings artists. Manage artists' development and promotion from concept to completion. Brief designers and content creators for release assets. Generate and distribute effective sales tools and marketing materials. Contribute to marketing brainstorms and creative marketing ideas. Optimize marketing spend through data analysis. Work closely with artists' agents to capitalize on live activity. Community Building and Management: Perform market analysis and understand community trends. Devise and execute strategies to build communities around artists and brands. Manage community events, showcases, and performances. Identify opportunities for data-driven innovation in marketing strategies. Develop loyalty and ambassador programs for word-of-mouth marketing. Manage merchandise and physical products for brand positioning. Streaming & Data: Build DSP campaigns and pitches alongside streaming and sales team. Apply data insights to campaigns for best practice strategies. Generate performance reports and business reviews for campaigns. Digital: Partner with key social content & music platforms for campaigns. Contribute ideas to audience growth strategies for label brands and playlists. Ensure audience growth strategy is executed within artist marketing campaigns. Job Requirements for Product Manager Role at MDLBEASTThank you for your interest in the Product Manager role at MDLBEAST in the Music & Talent department. To be considered for this position, please ensure you meet the following qualifications: 2 years previous experience in the music industry. Collaborative, team player able to form relationships with colleagues and artists on the roster. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. Highly organized, self-motivated, and efficient with the ability to meet deadlines. Entrepreneurial and "can do" spirit, with a progressive and creative attitude. A strong general knowledge of the current music industry and digital landscape. Hands-on experience with current marketing trends, digital innovation, data strategy, social strategy, new technologies, and influencer marketing. Strong all-round marketing skills including Digital, Radio, Press, Online, TV advertising, and audience development. Strong data proficiency and ability to interpret information for strategic decision making. Experience of working with acts at different stages of their career. A firm understanding of streaming and its role in the modern business. Passion for Electronic Music and understanding of community brands in this music culture. Wide network of creative resources and contacts. Ability to cope with a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Prepared to travel internationally as required. Good skills in standard office software (Google Doc, Google Sheets etc).
