Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Master of Technology/Engineering Nationality: Any Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Title: Sub Sea Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sub Sea Manager with over 15 years of expertise to lead and expand our offshore and nearshore survey services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex subsea survey operations, including geophysical and geotechnical surveys , rig move surveys , and marine construction support . With deep knowledge of survey solutions for oil and gas , offshore wind energy , and coastal infrastructure projects , the candidate will drive operational excellence, business growth, and team development. Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership : Oversee and lead survey operations, including geophysical, geotechnical, hydrographic , and rig move surveys .
  • Provide technical direction for marine construction support , such as pipeline positioning, offshore jacket installations, and subsea cable laying.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards for offshore operations, including vessel movement logistics.
  • Sector Expertise : Deliver specialized survey solutions for oil and gas , offshore wind energy , nearshore and coastal infrastructure , and subsea asset integrity management .
  • Integrate cutting-edge technologies such as ROVs, AUVs, and high-resolution geospatial mapping into operations.
  • Project and Operations Management : Manage large-scale survey campaigns, optimizing resource allocation, vessel logistics, and project timelines.
  • Ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of all operations, maintaining compliance with HSE standards.
  • Business Development : Expand the company’s market share by leveraging industry expertise and a strong network within the subsea and offshore sectors.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients, contributing to business growth and project acquisition.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience : 15+ years in subsea survey operations, including rig move surveys , geophysical surveys , geotechnical investigations , and marine construction support .
  • Proven experience managing large-scale offshore survey campaigns and vessel-based operations.
  • Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hydrography , Geophysics , Geotechnical Engineering , or a related field.
  • Expertise in survey methodologies, positioning systems, and subsea data acquisition.
  • Knowledge of survey solutions for oil and gas , offshore wind , coastal infrastructure , and environmental surveys .
  • Familiarity with ROV and AUV operations, subsea equipment, and asset integrity assessments.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities.

  • Location : Middle East.
  • Reporting to : Regional CEO/Managing Director.
