Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Company: AL Hadiya Advertising LLC About Us: AL Hadiya Advertising LLC is a leading wholesale corporate gifts supplier in Dubai, specializing in branding services. We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to generate new clients through events across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Qatar, and Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the corporate gifts industry and expertise in branding techniques. Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate events, trade shows, and networking in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Qatar, and Bahrain.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve a yearly target of AED 1.5 million, divided into four quarters.
  • Possess excellent product knowledge of corporate gifts and branding techniques, including printing, engraving, embroidery, and other customization methods.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the corporate gifts industry in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of corporate gifting trends and branding techniques.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in dealing with clients from UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Bahrain.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for business development activities.
