Job title: Credit Insurance Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Purpose: The Credit Insurance Manager plays a critical role in managing the credit (financial) insurance policies for a company. Their primary responsibilities involve overseeing the process of insuring a company's receivables against the risk of non-payment by customers. They are responsible for minimizing the financial impact of customer non-payments, safeguarding the company's cash flow, and optimizing the use of credit insurance as a financial risk management tool. Key Accountabilities:

  1. Risk Assessment: Evaluates the creditworthiness of customers and the potential risks of extending credit to them. This involves reviewing financial statements, credit scores, and other indicators of financial health.
  2. Policy Management: Handles the credit insurance policies, ensuring that they are properly structured and updated to meet the company's needs. This includes declaration of sales or LC and selecting appropriate credit insurance products, along with managing relationships with insurers.
  3. Claims Processing: Initiates and manages the claims process with the insurers for defaults or delayed payment of customers, ensuring the company is compensated for the unpaid receivables.
  4. Customer Monitoring and Declaration: Continuously monitors the financial health of the company's customers and adjusts coverage as necessary to reflect changes in risk. Makes periodic declarations for customers.
  5. Negotiation and Relationship Management: Negotiates terms and premiums with insurers and maintains strong relationships to secure favorable terms for the company.
  6. Compliance: Ensures that the company adheres to legal and regulatory requirements concerning credit insurance.
  7. Reporting: Regularly reports on the status of insured receivables, risks, claims, and policy performance to the insurance director.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in financial management, insurance, engineering, or science. Minimum Experience: 10 years of experience in credit insurance, preferably with working experience within the banking industry. Ma'aden High-Performance Competencies:
