Kingspan Insulated Panels is a world leader in designing, developing, and delivering advanced building envelope products and solutions. We empower property developers, building owners, designers, contractors, and insurers to construct buildings combining world-class energy efficiency and outstanding design. The Sales Manager KSA is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing sales and logistics activities within the assigned region. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and ensuring the achievement of company sales objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Kingspan Panels products in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Create and execute sales and market penetration strategies.
  • Develop market promotion programs to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide technical consultation on product specifications to design teams.
  • Analyze new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Develop and implement long-term market analysis plans.
  • Collaborate with the Kingspan network to achieve key business objectives.
  • Expand the Kingspan Panels network within KSA through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems.
  • Adhere to the Kingspan Group Code of Conduct and Product Compliance Policy.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Diploma in Interior Design (desirable).
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the construction and building materials sector.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent business relationship development skills.
  • Expertise in acoustic and thermal design & build solutions.
  • Knowledge of HVAC design & build principles.
  • Experience in project pricing and manpower cost estimation.
  • Strong negotiation skills in contract discussions and awards.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and HAP (Hourly Analysis Program by Carrier).
  • Arabic – C2 (Fluent)
  • English – C2 (Fluent)
