Salary: 7k AED - 10K AED + Performance Bonus + BD Bonus + Retention Bonus We have partnered with a boutique media agency based in Dubai that is making waves in the media marketing space. Over 2 years, they have grown their client base by 100% and are looking to bring on an account manager to continue with the success of their growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts and ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
- Lead strategic media planning and buying initiatives across various channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.) while working closely with internal teams
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports and presentations to demonstrate ROI and campaign effectiveness to clients
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring all work meets quality standards and client expectations
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and additional services
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in media
- 2-3 years of experience as an account manager
- Strong understanding of media landscape, including digital, traditional, and emerging channels
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client service skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with media planning tools and analytics platforms
