The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales by engaging with property and asset owners, management companies, and real estate businesses to list their properties on the platform. The role focuses on promoting the benefits of the platform and onboarding new partners, with a goal of expanding the platform's property listings database at no cost to the asset owners. Key Responsibilities B2B Sales & Outreach

  • Identify and build relationships with asset and property owners, real estate agencies, and management companies.
  • Pitch the platform's features and benefits to property owners, emphasizing the free listing opportunity.
  • Develop tailored sales approaches to target various real estate sectors, including residential, commercial, and holiday homes.
Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and create a pipeline of prospective leads.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to onboard new partners onto the platform.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure successful onboarding.
Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing support during and after the onboarding process.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the platform.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues to foster long-term partnerships.
Platform Promotion & Education
  • Educate property owners and managers on the platform's features, benefits, and value in enhancing property visibility and bookings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized sales materials and presentations.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including the number of listings acquired, client feedback, and conversion rates.
  • Use CRM tools to maintain detailed records of interactions and progress with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the real estate or technology sectors.
Key Skills
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Other Skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, property management, or related sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
