Summary Fascinated by how social media and influencers can enhance our brand and drive positive results? The Community Management Executive supports our brand, PR, and marketing efforts with a strong focus on social media and influencer engagement. This role is integral to building and maintaining positive relationships with our social media community and influencers, promoting our brand, and enhancing our public image. Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with social media followers, ensuring active engagement and positive interactions.
  2. Organize and coordinate social media programs and events to promote the company’s mission and services.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for social media followers, addressing their questions, comments, and concerns.
  4. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and events.
  5. Create and distribute content to promote a positive image of KAYALI on various social media platforms.
Social Media and Marketing Support:
  1. Support the plan for internal and external communications related to community relations and influencer activities.
  2. Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, including gift bags, social media, and newsletters.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in community relations, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
  7. Experience with graphic/creative design is a plus.
  8. High energy, creativity, and a passion for building community and influencer relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience working with digital and/or luxury brand organizations or in a corporate communications role.
  2. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  3. Experience using systems like Hootsuite, Awario, Sprout Social.
  4. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for events and meetings.
